Showcasing an exquisite blue and white colour scheme, this charming kitchen was expertly designed by Kirralee Pochodyla from Germancraft Cabinets. Prior to construction, the homeowners removed the wall between the living room and kitchen to create a spacious open-plan layout.
To highlight the home’s traditional architecture, the kitchen was fitted with a range of classic design elements, including a detailed rangehood canopy and beautiful cabinetry profiles. Finished in Dulux’s ‘Snowy Mountains Quarter’ two-pack paint, the cabinetry perfectly complements the island’s base in ‘Senate’, which adds a splash of colour to the space.
The cabinetry is fitted with pull-out mechanisms for easy access, as well as black C126 vintage handles from Handle House & Things. Push-to-open cupboards are elegantly concealed in the 2.6-metre-long island bench to maximise storage potential.
The island’s luxurious Caesarstone ‘Calacatta Nuvo™’ benchtop doubles as a breakfast bar, which is ideal for casual meals. With detailed edging and decorative skirting, the island exudes classic visual appeal.
